Liposuction training courses are held every Friday and Saturday and optional Monday (for post-op follow ups). For beginners, liposuction course is limited to the abs, flanks, love handles; advanced levels will cover legs, arms, and chin; however, the training covers all areas of liposuction. There are ONLY two slots available per course.

Independent review of the morning case and consent forms.

Sterilization techniques and equipment details with a Staff member.

Starting your own practice

Deposit of $950 due with application. This may be paid either by credit card online or by calling our office at 202.452.1332. This deposit is $500 for residents and fellows. A letter from the residency or fellowship program head stating that you are either a resident or a fellow is required.
$4,000 Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the course or you can arrange for payment plans. See financing options. Residents and fellows can do a deferred payment plans.
Required reading prior to arrival: Text Book: Liposuction, Principles and practice, H.Araya, MD, 2nd edition. An eBook will be made available to you after signing up.
